Abstract

This presentation is about mitigating security risks in IPv6 networks. It focuses initially on the network threat model, i.e. attacks and the consequences, then IPv6 security considerations - comparing IPv4 and IPv6 security. Lastly looking at the IPv6 mitigation techniques; firewall deployment, IPsec deployment and auditing.
