AbstractMuch work is being done to provide an IPv6 multihoming solution that doesn't depend on deaggergation. While the draft solutions take into consideration failover and load sharing, they fail to support some of the commonly used inter-AS traffic engineering functions. The presentation is an attempt to provide the three basic inter-AS traffic engineering approaches as a clear example of IPv6 multihoming requirements.
